PRICE

All prices are in Euro currency, our price excluding taxes
The total amount on the proforma invoice is the final price. This amount includes the price of products, handling, packaging and storage of goods, transport costs to the FOB Incoterms, and transportation costs to destination airport to airport CFR incoterm. The transfer of risk is effected when the goods leave the territory by sea or air it is strongly advised to take out insurance. On delivery the customer agrees to pay all taxes due to the importation of products, customs duty, value added tax and other taxes due under the laws of the country receipt of order. INOVA VANILLE will not be held responsible for damages concerning the deterioration of the goods after shipment or improper use.

PAYMENT

The price charged to the customer is the price indicated on the invoice sent by INOVA VANILLE.
The total amount established on the invoice must be paid before shipping.
Payment is made by SWIFT bank transfer via our bank accounts.
The payment is made directly from bank to bank.
The order validated by the customer will be considered effective when the bank payment centers concerned have given their consent. In case of refusal, the order will be canceled and the customer notified by email. If for some unforeseen reason, the settlement amount received by INOVA VANILLE is incomplete, the order volume will be reduced to match the value of the amount received.

VALIDATION PROCESS ORDER

INOVA VANILLE, send you a proforma invoice for your quotation request.
This invoice is already prefilled on your instructions.
After acceptance INOVA VANILLE established a detailed invoice.
Upon receipt of the invoice, the customer must make a bank transfer
INOVA VANILLE confirms the acceptance of its order to the email address that it will release .The information provided by the buyer (wrong address) in the order engages this one .The delivery can not be made the seller can not be held responsible

HYGIENE PRODUCTS

INOVA VANILLE implementing a reliable recognition process from preparation to packaging vanilla, based on Regulation EC No 852/2004, and the International Code of Practice recommended by the Codex Food Arius, general principles of food Hygiene (CAC / RCP 1-1969, REV 2003), all of our products will be inspected before export by the plant quarantine station stating conform to the phytosanitary regulations of the importing country. About natural vanilla powder it is advisable to perform sterilization or debacterization there is not a Madagascar company providing this service INOVA VANILLE can not be held liable for damages for the deterioration of the goods after shipment or improper use.

PACKAGING

Following the Ministerial Decision No. 8579/2016 export vacuum bag are strictly prohibited for all vanilla products : vanilla beans and vanilla powder.

For vanilla beans: a special vanilla paraffined paper

If the goods are shipped from La Réunion (France), we use the vacuum bag for our packaging

DISPUTES

It is reminded that in general compliance with the provisions of this contract relating to the contractual guarantee assumes that the claims or disputes will always be received with kindness. Good faith is always presumed in those who took the trouble to explain his situation. In case of dispute, the customer should first contact INOVA VANILLE for an amicable solution. The general conditions of INOVA VANILLE prevail over the general conditions of the importer .On the other hand if no solution is found to the Commercial Antalaha Court shall have sole jurisdiction .
