CHARACTERISTICS

This is Vanilla by excellence.
Clove unmelted whole, healthy and flexible, good flavor, fleshy, uniform dark brown or chocolate brown with a maximum water content of 38%, with a minimum length of 15 cm.




GOURMET RECIPE { STEAK AND VANILLA GREEN PEPPER. }

• 4 steaks
• 2 tbsp. in s. green pepper canned
• 2 vanilla pods
• 1 c. in s. spice mix massale
• 1 c. in s. neutral oil
• 20 cl of fresh cream
• 1/4 l beef stock (made with a cube diluted trade)

Cut into cubes steaks one to two cm.
Cut the vanilla pod into 4 pieces and open them in the direction of the length.
In a mortar, crush the green peppercorns with vanilla and oil to form a paste. Add massale powder, mix well.
In a bowl, put the cubes of steak and green pepper paste and vanilla-massale, mix well, shoot and marinate for an hour or two.
Boil the beef stock, put it to brew another vanilla pod open, cover and remove from heat.
In a pan, heat a little fat over high heat. Throw in the diced steak. When they are golden brown on the outside, remove and set aside. Deglaze with the beef broth.
