GOURMET RECIPE { CREME BRULE }

1 Open two vanilla pod in the length direction, using a small knife, scrape the inside to get the seeds.
2 Heat the milk and cream with the vanilla pods. Clarify the eggs, whiten with sugar and vanilla seeds with a whip. Pour the milk and cream gently mixing. Pass through a fine sieve.
3 Put the dishes in the oven, fill them with the preparation and add water halfway up. Bake for 20 to 25 min. Remove from oven, let cool and chill before serving.
4 Sprinkle brown sugar, pass the cream under the broiler to burn.
