GOURMET RECIPE { }

Preheat the oven th.6 (180°C). Split the vanilla bean in half lengthwise. Scrape the inside with the tip of a knife to remove the seeds. In a saucepan, add the seeds and pods with the whole milk and bring to a boil. Remove from the heat and let steep for 30 min. Remove with a colander, pods or vanilla pieces.
STEP 2
Break the eggs in a bowl, add the sugar and whisk them. Pour the hot milk progressively over the egg mixture. Butter 6 ramekins and pour this fragrant mixture.
STEP 3
Place the ramekins on the lechefrite and pour in boiling water for a double boiler. Bake in the middle of the oven for 35 min of cooking, until the flans are well frozen.
STEP 4
Let cool before filming each ramekin and set aside in the fridge. Take out the caramel creams 15 min before serving.
