GOURMET RECIPE { VANILLA CREAM }

4 eggs
1.5 l of milk
1 c a c vanilla extract
125 g of sugar
50 g flour

preparation
for the homemade vanilla Cream

Boil the milk and split vanilla extract 2.

Beat the eggs and sugar until frothy, then add the flour in a fine stream until the composition is homogeneous.

Add the boiling milk, stirring constantly, then gently bring to the boil.

When the cream boils, cook for 1 minute, remove from heat and let cool, stirring from time to time again.

This cream is especially recommended for garnishes fruit pies funds.
